Who We Feed
We raise organic produce, grassfed beef, and pastured eggs and poultry, and give it all away to Philadelphia-area soup kitchens and food pantries. Read below about just a few of the non-profits we support.

Grown With Care, Cooked From Scratch
While we support multiple non-profit models, we see the greatest impact when our harvests are cooked with care by soup-kitchen chefs who are guided by nutrition and flavor in kitchens equipped for from-scratch cooking with whole, unprocessed ingredients.
Seedlings for Urban Farms
In addition to donating our produce, meat and eggs, each spring we also custom-grow tens of thousands of organic seedlings to donate to mission-driven urban farms. Our greenhouses fill up not only with plants starts for our own fields, but also with seedlings that we grow, free of charge, for peer non-profits.
We grow precisely what they request—specific varieties of eggplant, peppers, okra, watermelon, tomatoes, collards, cucumbers, tomatillos, chile peppers and much more—all of which we deliver to urban farms, where they’ll grow up to nourish local communities.

We run a 350-acre certified-organic farm, growing top-quality vegetables, grassfed beef and pastured poultry, all for donation.

We donate everything we grow to soup ktichen and food pantries, all to nourish communities in need.

Some of the non-profits we support
Since 1984, Seamaac has brought crucially needed support to tens of thousands of families in the Greater Philadelphia area. Seamaac stands as one of the oldest and largest refugee-founded agencies in the region serving as many as 18 linguistic communities. Services and programs include hunger relief, health and social services, truancy case management, and community development. Their mission is to support and serve immigrants, refugees, and other politically, socially, and ecumenically marginalized communities as they seek to advance the condition of their lives in the United States.
“Carversville Farm has been a remarkable blessing to the food security needs in Southeast Philadelphia, their commitment to providing organic produce and proteins to the neighborhood throughout the pandemic has been one the biggest highlights of the past three years. Seamaac and the racially diverse communities we serve are deeply indebted to Carversville Farm Foundation”
